RV vs TRAILER
WHAT IS AN RV?
WHAT IS A TRAILER?
Recreational vehicles (RV) is a term that applies to an umbrella of vehicles that can be driven and parked at their destination. RV's can be lived and slept in with a larger living space and have a big generator to maintain long-term trips. RV's have limited customization as most models come predesigned and furnished.
It is generally understood that trailers, also known as campers, require towing by a separate vehicle. There are many types of campers: travel trailers, fifth wheels and pop-ups, to name a few. Campers/Trailers have become more popular due to the high prices of RV's. People can also customize their camper for optimal comfort and design.
